TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registering for a workshop or course does not secure your booking. ONLY proof of full payment secures all bookings. Forward your proof of payment to SweetArtBfn@gmail.com

2. Group workshops will only commence with a minimum of 2 students. If a minimum of 2 students are not registered for a workshop, Sweet Smart School of Cake holds the right to reschedule the workshop and is under no obligation to refund any registration fees or part thereof. A suitable date will be arranged to complete the workshop. (This term does not apply to Module courses. Module courses will commence with one student attending)

3. In the case of a cancelation or absence with or without notification, Sweet Smart School of Cake is under no obligation to refund registration fees or part thereof. Sweet Smart School of Cake holds the right to charge an additional penalty fee of 50% of the registered workshop fee if the date registered for is not attended and the booking requires rescheduling. A suitable date will be arranged to complete the workshop. A limited time of 6 months is applicable for rescheduling.

4. In any event that a workshop has to be rescheduled, Sweet Smart School of Cake is under no obligation to refund any registration fees or part thereof. A suitable date will be arranged to complete the workshop.

5. Workshops & Module course fees are payable two weeks in advance. If fees are not paid within the two week period, the booking will be seen as an immediate cancelation.

6. If registering for workshops & courses with no intention of attending, this might lead to your details being red flagged for future registrations.

7. Registering for a workshop or course DOES NOT reserve a seat. Only once fees reflect, will a registraiton be deemed successful,
