I/We hereby instruct and authorise you to draw against my/our account with the above-mentioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I/we may transfer my/our account).
The sum reflected above the amount necessary for payment of the monthly fee due in respect of the above mentioned agreement the 1st (first) day of each and every month commencing on month selected above and continuing until termination of our agreement by cancellation by me/us in writing by e-mail to cancellations@tkd.co.za and copied to norman@tkd.co.za. All such withdrawals from my/our bank account by you shall be treated as though they had been signed by me/us personally.
I/We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African Banks and also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement or on an accompanying voucher as PremColl or FightFit.
I/We agree to pay any bank charges relating to this debit order instruction.
This authority may be cancelled by me/us by giving you 1 (one) months (paid) notice in writing, sent by e-mail, taking note that the following months debit order will still be deducted before it ceases. I/We understand that the start-up fee will be drawn off with the first month debit order if not paid by other means prior to the first debit order. I/We understand that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which have been withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owed.
I/We understand that any price adjustments will be mentioned in a newsletter. Changes to debit amount would happen automatically unless disputed by me/us.
Receipt of this instruction by you shall be regarded as receipt thereof by my/our bank (which ever it is or will be).
ASSIGNMENT:
I/We acknowledge that the party hereby authorised to effect the drawing(s) against my/our account may not cede or assign any of its rights to any third party without my/our written consent and that I/we may not delegate any of my/our obligations in terms of this contract/authority to any third party without prior written consent of the authorised party.
