The set-up for Markets held at our venue will begin at 8:00am.
The venue will be open to patrons from 10am-6pm, unless advised otherwise.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment to be made before the event date.
Banking details will be forwarded to you with your acceptance notification.
Cancellation 5 days before the event date = 0% Refund
Vendors are expected to keep their own area clean. Kindly leave the area as clean as your found it.
Management reserves the right to refuse vendor space to any persons it deems necessary.
This sale of the following items is expressly prohibited: counterfeit merchandise, fireworks, explosives, firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, alcohol (unless previously agreed upon and licensed) exotic creatures, pets or pornographic paraphernalia.
The acceptance and rental of space at our venue constitutes a complete release by Vendor of Market Organisor Liability, in this case, the Transvaal Scottish Regimental Association, from any and all claims for injury, illness and damage to persons and property arising out of, or in anyway related to, Vendor’s use of the premises, injuries caused by others or injury to persons entering these premises or damage or loss due to fire, theft, breakage or collision, or articles left in vendor's vehicles or on the premises, including all costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by the Vendor and directly related to any such claims.
Vendor Terms of Agreement
I agree that I am only authorised to sell the types of merchandise listed in my Vendor Application.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations (as above) provided by the Market Organisor, Transvaal Scottish Regimental Association.
I, as Vendor/Seller, assume full responsibility for all merchandise offered for sale at my stand/stall/truck. This includes all vendors serving food, beverages or fresh produce for consumption at any market organised by the TSRA.
