Stall fees will be kept as low as possible. To ensure this, we require YOUR commitment to the venue and participation in the growth thereof.

Set-up
The set-up for each Market/Fayre held at Bush Blues will begin at 8:00am.
The venue will be open to patrons from 10am-6pm.

Rain Check Policy
Bush Blues has a rain or shine policy.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment to be made 30+ days before the event date.
Banking details will be forwarded to you with your acceptance notification.
Cancellation 0-14 days before the event date=0% Refund

Ground Rules
Bush Blues Markets & Fayres aim to be a unique and inspired community market.
We ask our vendors and customers to help us achieve this goal by observing a few basic rules:

1. Merchandise must be kept in the spirit of unique handmade, homemade, homegrown, arts & crafts, esoteric items (you get the picture).
2. Each Vendor is required to keep his/her own area clean. No one is permitted to leave any discarded merchandise, cartons, boxes or debris of any kind.
3. Management reserves the right to refuse rental to any persons it deems necessary, especially for the sale of certain items which are expressly prohibited: counterfeit merchandise, fireworks, explosives, firearms, ammunition or any item of pornographic or obscene nature.
4. The acceptance and rental of space at Bush Blues by Vendor, Stall Holder, Food Stall/seller/truck, Tattoo Artists/Piercings etc.constitutes a complete release by Vendor of Owner’s Liability, in this case, Bush Blues, from any and all claims for injury, illness and damage to persons and property arising out of, or in anyway related to, Vendor’s use of the premises, injuries caused by others or injury to persons entering these premises or damage or loss due to fire, theft, breakage or collision, or articles left in dealers vehicles or on the premises, including all costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by Owner in connection with any such claims.

Vendor Terms of Agreement

1. I agree that I am only authorised to sell the types of merchandise listed in my Vendor Application.
2. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations (as above) provided by the Owner, Bush Blues.
3. I, as Vendor/Seller, assume full responsibility for all merchandise offered for sale at my stand/stall/truck. This includes all vendors serving food, beverages or fresh produce for consumption at Bush Blues.
