CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS AND ANTI-BRIBERY AGREEMENT
At Enyo Retail and Supply Ltd, we are committed to operating ethically and responsibly. All our people have a duty to avoid conflicts of interest and adhere to local and international governance rules. We believe in the importance of establishing mutually beneficial relationships and insist on honesty, integrity and fairness in all our dealings.
We do not tolerate, permit or engage in bribery or corruption of any kind in our business dealings, anywhere in the world, both with public and private officials. We have no political affiliations or leanings and do not partner with politically exposed persons or political organizations.
Furthermore, in line with our anti-bribery statement, all our employees, suppliers, vendors, partners, agents and contractors are required to align with the following guidelines;
1.Not to make, offer, accept or ask for bribes or facilitation payments for any reason.
2.To read, understand, and comply with our code of business conduct and ethics or seek clarification on grey areas about corruption, bribery and related party activities
3.To report all concerns and any unethical business conduct to the CEO
4.To disclose any transaction or relationship with an ERS staff (parents, siblings, parent-in-law, spouse, child, son or daughter in law, housemate) that reasonably could be expected to give rise to a conflict of interest
5.To apply financial discipline and keep accurate books and records so that payments are honestly described
If for whatever reason you suspect any of our staff is not acting in the best interests of the company and is unduly porting to bribery, please immediately escalate such occurrences to myself and email me directly at abayomi.a@enyoretail.com.
