Note: If not wedding indicate N/A. Extra charge's on last minute cancellations or additions.

Note:Each session requires atleast 30 minutes of un interrupted time... Please do send in make-up inspirations if any.
Have you ever experienced any allergies while using a cosmetic product?
If nil, Note that client(s) agree to release makeup artist from liabilty for any skin complications due to allergic reactions
What method of payment do you prefer to use ? Total payment or pending balances is due on or before the day of the event before i depart.No exceptions
Policies
1. Booking: To secure date, 50% of deposit is required .This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable, the remaining balance will be due on the day of the event
2. Liability: Make-up products are well sanitised before,in between and after every make-up application.
3. Travel/packing fee: Mileage fee apply and will be included in the final bill
I blanks understand by signing this contract,i have read and understood all terms and conditions outlined and will abide and accrue responsibility. This contract constitutes clear agreements between makeup artist and client and supersedes any prior understanding preceding the date of this agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings whether written, oral relating to the subject matter of this agreement .
