All intending Consultant must supply required information and upload the underlisted documents. Failure to do so will result to disqualification.
1. A duly signed application letter of Accreditation as Environmental Consultant address to the Director-General/ Chief Executive National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency. NAIC Building. Plot 590 Zone AO, Central Business District. FCT Abuja. (*)
2. Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code and make payment via https://www.remita.net/remita/onepage/OAGFCRF/biller.spa using ACCRDITATION FEE as purpose of payment for non-refundable processing fee. (Confirmation of sum of Twenty Thousand Naira only for processing fee and Company registration status (CAC) shall be done within 48hours).
3. Upload supporting documents (Only PDF, JPG and PNG is allowed. All uploaded docs should not be more than 20mb in size):
(i) Company’s Profile (*)
(ii) Certificate of Incorporation (*)
(iii) A Certified true copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association with a minimum of One Million Naira share capital (*)
(iv) Other company incorporation documents such as CAC Form 1.1 or CAC Form CO2 & CAC Form CO7
(v) 3 years Current Tax Clearance Certificate (*)
(vi) Tax Identification Number (TIN) (*)
(vii) Evidence of Payment receipt- Accreditation Processing fee (N 20,000.00) (*)
(viii) VAT Registration & Evidence of VAT Remittances (*)
(ix) Comprehensive Staff List & Curriculum Vitae Of Key Staff (Should Include Position & Qualification. Not less than four technical/key staff) (*)
(x) Evidence of similar project/past work done including reference letter from at least two former clients indicating the nature/period of jobs done and capability
(xi) List of Equipment available in the company (where applicable)
(xii) Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) policy (where applicable)
(xiii) Evidence of training programme for the staff
(xiv) Evidence of membership of professional body eg COREN, NES, ISPON, NISLT, IPAN, NIESV, etc. (*)
(xv) Employee’s compensation scheme (Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund-NSITF)
(xvi) Employee’s Pension scheme (PENCOM)
(xvii) Evidence of collaboration/affiliation-partners agreement (MOU) between an indigenous/ overseas based company or an evidence of legal arrangements (where applicable)
(xviii) Evidence of collaboration with NOSDRA Accredited Oily Waste Treatment Plant (where applicable)
EVALUATION AND SCREENING
All applications submitted online will be subjected to further evaluation and screening by relevant departments. The Agency may upon assessment of the application, may require the applicant to provide additional information.
ISSUANCE OF ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE
Successsuful Company who meet up with the requirements and considered for accreditation shall be contacted and notify to make a non-refundable accreditation fee for approved area(s) of specialization. This must be paid within a stipulated time.
NOSDRA will conduct inspection/assessment of facilities for all new applicants seeking Accreditation in the area of Environmental Laboratory Services and Oily Waste Handling and Management (Treatment) Services prior to consideration for the issuance of Accreditation Certificate.
Fee for area of Specializations for the period of Two (2) years is variable (contact the Agency)
