All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labelled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes. A booking is not complete until accepted by us and payment received. Details of the booking fees you will have to pay are set out on the pamphlet and website. Once you have completed the booking form, an invoice will be issued to you with full details of howto pay. It is your responsibility to ensure that the booking fees (some of which may be subject to a separate agreement) are paid before the booking can be confirmed. You are allowed to cancel your booking anytime before making a payment. If you cancel your booking at any time after payment has been made, you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances. Make sure you are going to attend a session face to face or online. If a refund is made an administration fee may be charged. We will ensuring that your data will only be used in a way which is fair, lawful and secure.
