Terms:Should the client not make repayment of the Loan:1. The Collector has the right to take the Borrowers assets that amount to the value of the loan and send it to a pawn shop to recoup the money. The Borrower will then be liable to get the goods at their own disposal.2. Once the loan is approved and the money is sent, the lendee will be liable to payback the loaned amount and the accumulated agreed interest on the next payday.3. If the lender falls ill or sick; looses job and or dies, we should contact the next of kin for payment and or collection.4. Without prejudice to any other terms in the Loan Agreement and the Lenders right to demand immediate repayment of any Personal Loan which is repayable on Payday, the Borrower shall immediately repay, on demand, the Personal Loan and interest on the Personal Loan which are outstanding and unpaid, and all other charges and moneys payable in relation to the Personal Loan.5. When a borrower dies, a personal loan remains open and still needs to be paid. Although the loan is no longer tied to the credit of the deceased borrower, further actions such as property repossession or charging the person’s estate can occur. The loan is secured, and tied to a collateral below such as a car, the collateral will be repossessed by the lender to pay for the loan. 6. We have a right to come and arrange a payment plan with the clients employer should the client default and not want to co operate. 7 Administration fee of R1000 will be incurred to the client’s total loan. 8. The client agree that the above statements is true and the client is fully aware and legally responsible to honor the agreement.
