Set in a blooming wilderness of succulent and outlandish trees, the MTN Bushfire KidZone is an adventurous space for young fire starters to ignite their budding flames.

The MTN Bushfire KidZone trading stall fee is
ZAR 1500
(+10% commission will be charged on sales)
for 2-days during the festival which includes:
- 3x3m space
- Trading license
- Up to 4 trader tickets*
- One trader vehicle sticker
Trading hours: Saturday: 9am-6pm|Sunday: 9am-6pm

Traders are
assessed
on the bases of their product quality and uniqueness, trading experience, clean & professional setup as well as quality and child friendly customer service.

and final trader selection will be made by
28 February 2020

As we receive hundreds of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted with an offer to trade, after which stall payment must be made within
14 days
to secure your spot.

Partners and traders will be required to embrace the Kidzone theme through set up, products and activities. Activation photos or mood board compilations are encouraged.

ALL
food vendors are required to bring and present a health and safety compliance certificate during the festival. Bushfire can facilitate this certification through the Eswatini Ministry of Health for traders without this documentation.

MTN Bushfire will be a
100% cashless environment
. All traders will be required to use the cashless system in place of any and all business transactions within the festival grounds. Training will be provided. As mentioned above, a 10% commission will be charged on sales. [For more info visit:

MTN Bushfire is committed to being an eco-friendly event. In an effort to protect our environmnent,
no single-use plastic items
(e.g. plastic water bottles, plastic cutlery, styrofoam, plastic straws) will be allowed at the festival and all traders are required to use eco-friendly packaging.

Successful applicants will be required to read, understand and sign various information packs that will be sent leading up to the festival.
