Introduction

When we become Christians, a new life begins for us. By becoming a part of Christ, we actually become 'born again'. As a newborn child into a brand new life, we must now begin to live in line with the life that we have received. In this study, we will attempt to explore the meaning of this.

Please answer the following questions based on the Bible passages given and send your response back to us.

1. Read 2nd Corinthians 5:14-17

A. In verse 14, what does it means that Christ died for us (See also verse 21 and Romans 3:23-26):

D. Suppose you owe one hundred thousand naira (N100, 000.00). Then a friend of yours helps you to pay, using all his pocket money. How will you behave towards this friend?

CONCLUSION:

Because you have been made new, you are expected to walk in that newness. Remember that the old nature must no longer have mastery over you. You are born again, the old has gone and all become new.
