Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Develop creative marketing campaigns for clients to increase client engagement, regularly contacting client and assist with marketing advice, managing client satisfaction levels, marketing planning, supplying feedback on results, adapting marketing plans for higher results.
- Coordinating marketing activities - Coordinating the briefing and production of a wide range of digital marketing platforms, undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Supporting senior marketing consultant.
Qualifications / Experience Required (non-negotiable)
- BA, Bcom or BTech in Marketing Management or related degrees.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and account management
Software & Skill Requirements:
- Presentable and professional approach
- Driven individual with strong communication skills
- Strong administrative and self-organisation skills
- Intermediate MS Excel / Word / Outlook Skills
- Attention to detail
Location of company: Somerset West
Preferable that candidates reside within the Helderberg area.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience – will be discussed during interview
