• JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    Responsibilities:

    • Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base.
    • Providing excellent client service and technical support within schedule time.
    • Identify and resolve client technical problems or queries.
    • Keep updated with all services.
    • Utilise available resources to find solutions to customer requests within scope.
    • Manage client expectations according to product performance and scope.
    • Provide ad hoc support to colleagues and managers as needed.
    • Monitoring incoming tickets and coordination thereof.
    • Quality Assurance and management of tools analytics and statistics. 
    • Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
    • Deliver technical support online to clients.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant IT qualification (MCSA | MCSD)
    • 3 years’ service desk experience.
    • Experience in Microsoft software (Windows 8 / 10)
    • Strong verbal and written skills – English and Afrikaans.
    • Professional approach and appearance.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong administrative, organisation and co-ordination skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Work under pressure in a high-quality standard.
    • Very good technical understanding of current leading technologies and industry terminology.
    • Calm and approachable “can do” attitude.
    • Solid client relations skills to understand external or internal needs.
    • Ability to work well within a team, supporting other team members.
    • Willingness to grow and better yourself.
