Stage 2: SketchUp :: Concepting (Solution Fit) There is a defined mission and vision and an initial strategy outlined. Cofounders are in place.
Stage 3: StartUp :: Committing (Vision/Founders Fit) There are committed resources and are developing or have developed the initial product or service version (MVP). Have a skills-balanced and committed team and Cofounders have a shareholder agreement signed with identified milestones, time, and money commitments for the following 3 years.
