The MTN Bushfire Marketplace welcomes creative, sustainably sourced, quality products that are handmade from recycled, natural or environmentally friendly materials. All products are selected against a strict product selection criterion based on the above-mentioned elements.
The MTN Bushfire Marketplace stall fee is
(+10% commission will be charged on sales)
for the 3-day duration of the festival which includes:
- 3x3m stall with roofing
- Trading license
- Up to 4 trader tickets
- One trader vehicle sticker
Trading hours: Friday: 11am – 10pm|Saturday: 9am-10pm|Sunday: 9am-6pm
on the bases of their product quality and uniqueness, trading experience, clean & professional setup as well as quality customer service plans.
Application closing date is
31st January 2020
and final trader selection will be made by
28th February 2020
As we receive hundreds of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted with an offer to trade, after which stall payment must be made within
to secure your spot.
The MTN Bushfire Marketplace is a
100% cashless environment
. All vendors will be required to use the cashless system in place of any and all business transactions within the festival grounds. Training will be provided. Speed points will be catered for higher value items. As mentioned above 10% commission will be charged on sales. [For more info visit www.howler.co.za ]
MTN Bushfire is committed to being an eco-friendly event. In an effort to protect our environmnent, no single-use plastic items (e.g. plastic water bottles, plastic cutlery, styrofoam, plastic straws) will be allowed at the festival and all traders are required to use eco-friendly packaging.
Successful applicants will be required to read, understand and sign various information packs that will be sent leading up to the festival.
