In order to solicit and include the very best content at our events, we will accept nominations up to the point where the programme is finalised; this means that we will stop accepting nominations approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the Convention. Please feel free to submit a nomination at any time during the acceptance period; however, please be aware that nominations submitted nearer to the event date are unfortunately less likely to be accepted.
