By clicking on the Submit button and thereafter being listed on BackaBuddy, I do hereby consent to and authorise BackaBuddy NPC, to act as our duly authorized agent for the following purposes:

1) For the collection of grants and donations on our behalf; and

2) To deduct from such monies collected, such agreed commissions due to BackaBuddy NPC for attending to the collection on our behalf of such grants and donations; and

3) To deduct actual bank charges as may be incurred in the collection and disbursement of such grants and donations; and

4) To pay the proceeds of the grants and the donations collected into the specified bank account (bank details to be obtained once your campaign is live)

5) The commission to which BackaBuddy NPC is entitled, shall be in accordance with BackaBuddy’s standard schedule of rates, which any event shall not exceed 5% (Five percent) of all amounts collected on our behalf.

6) Bank charges will also be levied by your respective financial institution at rates typically ranging from 2,82% to 5,2% (EFT has a R10 flat rate).

7) BackaBuddy makes payment on a monthly basis. All funds raised in the calendar month will be scheduled for payout by the 10th of the following month.

8) BackaBuddy reserves the right to remove campaigns from the site should there be insufficient verification for your fundraiser and/or there are two or more complaints in response to your campaign after its activation.
