IMPORTANT: Space is limited. Children MUST register to participate. Registration will also be open on the day.
Ages: All children under 12 are welcome to join the hunt.
Cost: R 20 per Child is payable at the venue on the day of the Hunt. Cost covers access to the easter egg hunt and family access to the picnic area. Additional rides and entertainment may be charged at an additional cost.
Event Schedule: (times are approximate)
10:30 – Registration
11:00 – Welcome
11:10 - 1st Hunt
Hunts will continue approximately every 20 minutes throughout the day.
11.00- 15.00 – Picnic and Activities
Event Rules:
1. Children must have an entry wrist band (recieved on upon payment at the venue) to participate – no exceptions.
2. Children and parents should be courteous. No running, pushing, shoving, or tripping.
3. B.Y.O.B – Bring Your Own (egg) Basket. (Buckets will be sold in case you forget.)
4. Participants must hunt within their specified times which will be given on arrival. (Our system is first come first served.)
5. All children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult 18 yrs. or older.
Tips for a successful hunt:
- Arrive early
- Carpool – parking is limited
- Bring your camera
- Be courteous
- Have FUN!!!
