a). Schools will be notified of their acceptance to TAFMUN, as well as their assigned Country in June 2015.
b). Conference fee is expected as soon as schools / delegations are notified of the acceptance to TAFMUN 2015. Please note that the conference fee is non-refundable after 30th June.
c). As soon as payment made, Participants Information Form (PIF) will be sent to schools. PIF is for a listing of every student and Faculty Advisor / Teacher Chaperone attending the conference from your school. The form will also be used to ensure that you and your delegates have proper badges and other relevant credentials.
d). Filled PIFs must reach us on or before 6th July. With the filled PIFs, students will then be assigned specific Conference Committees for their assigned Country. Please note that Committee Assignment is completely dependent on PIFs submitted by participating schools.
e). The notification of Committee Assignments and Committee Background guides will be sent to schools on or before the 7th of July.
f). Conference fee is N200,000 (Two Hundred thousand Naira per student) and N100,000 (One Hundred thousand Naira per Chaperone Faculty Advisor).
Please note that FutureTrust Initiative for Capacity Building -FTI (TAFMUN Organizer) reserves the right to re-assign Conference Country and Committee assignments to other schools on the waiting list if the school(s) to which these assignments were earlier granted fail to pay for conference by the deadline(s) given. FTI will send one week reminders, just once, to such schools and then take action. By clicking the submit button, your school accepts that in the event of non-compliance with payment, and after a one week reminder, your school looses the invitation to TAFMUN 2015.
